We hired Javier to remodel a shower after a leak, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. Special shout out to Heriberto, the tile artisan, who did the most incredible job with our tile work. From demo to painting, plumbing, electrical, tile work- everything was done professionally and to an extremely high standard They took extreme care to protect areas that were near the construction zone and also cleaned up each day before they left . Javier and his crew did an amazing job!!!! The crew painted the outside of the house, built a fence (8 ft on sides and 6ft in back), tore down the existing deck and built an amazing awesome new deck, painted the inside walls and installed new flooring. We could not be happier with how things turned out and Javier is one of the best GC's I have ever met. He is very professional, you get pictures and invoices of everything

Stunning results, clear communication, on budget, and on time! That's about the highest praise I can give for a contractor, and I don't give this praise easily. Javier was a true thought partner in each stage of the project and managed the twists, turns and timelines incredibly well. Javier and his workers are the best contractors I have ever worked with. Javier is super conscientious, meticulous, and a true professional. Eduardo and his team were skilled painters and did a great job on painting my kitchen and bathroom cabinets. They were extremely trustworthy as well. I can't imagine ever using another GC on a project. Javier and his team have been timely, detail oriented, respectful, patient and overall just super professional through this renovation project. With all the supply and demand delays/shortages and gymnastics in general Javier has worked extremely hard to make sure the job gets done and done right!

I had a GC back out after putting me on hold for nearly 9 months which was so stressful, but what a blessing disguise to get such a massive upgrade with JJ Painting and Remodel!

Five stars just isn't enough. Javier and his team have blown us away. Finding a RELIABLE, trustworthy, skilled contractor is the hardest part of doing a reno- and we hit the jackpot!!

Our list includes: exterior and interior painting | taking down walls/opening up living area | a complete kitchen GUT (including moving electrical, gas and plumbing) | complete overhaul in master bath (built in shower, moving toilet, new tile floor, adding additional sinks, installing medicine cabinets, lighting etc) | new doors hung and painted throughout house | new door casing and baseboards throughout | installed LVP throughout entire house

Project timeline was as promised (if anything he was waiting for our product to arrive after many delays). I'm hoping to have some quality photos taken soon to share but here's a few to show some work.

Javier and team was recommended through a friend and I am SO GRATEFUL we hired him. It is next to impossible these days to find someone that communicates, shows up, does great quality work, and gets it done the way you want, in a timely fashion! My husband and I were truly blown away. We remodeled 2 bathrooms, one at a time and are beyond pleased with the outcome. In one bathroom we retiled (great tile work!), painted walls and cabinets, added shiplap and new fixtures and the room is just beautiful. In the master bathroom we moved walls, ripped out a tub, moved the toilet into a room, created a walk-in shower, more shiplap and painted cabinets. His crew is great and they showed up at 8am on the dot every day and we knocked it all out in less than 2 months for 2.5 bathrooms, fully remodeled. 100% will use Javier again and will be doing more projects with him soon!
